Fact – HMRC’s own published calculations confirm that in regard to certain entitlements we have researched, over 80% of eligible businesses fail to claim what is due to them.

Whilst seemingly alarming, this is not a reflection of, or a challenge to the competency, in any way, of the professionals employed to represent their clients best interests. It is merely a genuine statistic to prove that if knowledge of a companies entitlements are not made public knowledge, how would anyone know they are missing out ?

The non-disclosure, ambiguity, or even illegal misrepresentation / abuse of legal entitlements is a wrong which we are committed to help our members right.
